HSA Guidelines 2012
The Treasury Department HSA limits for 2012:
Maximum HSA Contribution: $3,100 for individual $6,250 for family
Minimum HDHP Deductible: $1,200 self-only deductible $2,400 family coverage
Out of Pocket Maximum: $6,050 self-only coverage $12,100 family coverage
Part A Deductible $1,156 per benefit period Daily Hospital Coinsurance $289 per day (day 61-90) $578 per day (day 91-150) Skilled Nursing Copay $144.50 per day (day 21-100)
Part B Premium $99.90 per month Deductible $140 per calendar year
