JOHN MAY President John began his insurance career in 1976 as an agent. Since 1980 he has specialized in the employee benefit area. In October 1990, John founded May Insurance Services, Inc. John concentrates his efforts on agency development.

DOUG SCOTT Marketing Director Doug has been working in the insurance field since 2003. He works with brokers to build both their group and individual book of business. Doug can answer questions and assist in all areas of group and individual business - to include the various products, the new business submission process, renewals, administration and much more. Doug has a great smile and good sense of humor. As a father of 3 girls, he'll be busy in and out of the office.

JOE STUMP Director of Senior Marketing Joe has been working in his family's insurance business (in Marion, OH) for many years. He has extensive experience in the development and sales of Senior products in a brokerage environment.. Prior to the insurance business, Joe was very successful in global technology. Joe's well rounded background and specific knowledge and expertise in the senior sales market makes him a valuable addition to the MIS team! When not at the

SCOTT LEWIS Vice President of Sales Scott joined MIS in 1996. Scott's primary focus is to oversee all group and indiviudal brokerage sales and marketing. He also provides expertise and assistance to brokers in all areas of group sales. Scott's on the phone, in your office and at your side when you need help with group clients and sales. And in his spare time he "ferments" - makes wine.

CATHY BENNETT Director of HR & Administrative Services Cathy joined us in March 2007. She has over 25 years of experience in insurance dealing with fully and partially self-insured group health products. Before coming to MIS Cathy assisted employers with the management of their Ohio Workers Compensation insurance. At MIS, she will concentrate HR issues within MIS. Cathy also handles group renewals and group/individual claims issues for our brokers. Whether in or out of the office, Cathy conveys energy and compassion to everything she does.

CHARLCIE STORCK Group Quoting Specialist/Agent Licensing Charlcie came to MIS in 2000 with previous experience in quoting and her jovial manner. She knows how to multi-task as she runs group quotes and handles agent licensing and agent of record requests. Charlcie is an "animal lover" - with three dogs and numerous other animals (we've lost count) she shares with her daughter.

JUTTA WAIT Individual Quoting Specialist Jutta came on board in 2008 to help Charlcie process group quotes. She babysits in the morning for her grandchildren and then heads over to MIS. As you can see - she wears many hats.

KIM OLDFIELD Group New Business Coordinator Kim joined the MIS team in 2009. She comes to us with over 25 years experience in medical and life insurance field. Kim processes group submissions, assists with group broker training (call Kim if you want to know about or sign-up for a class), handles group late pays, and more. Kim lives in Delaware county with her husband, John, and their chocolate lab, Blue.

LOULA RIZZO Individual New Business Specialist Individual Service Individual Quoting Loula joined MIS in October, 2011. She has 25 years experience in the insurance industry. LYN SEIPLE Service & Communications Group Service Lyn joined MIS in 2003. She assists John and Terry with administrative duties. Lyn creates publications/broadcasts and backs up other positions in the office. She created and maintains the MIS website. Lyn welcomes your comments or suggests on the website.

SUSAN MAY BrokerNet Administration/Special Projects A "fountain of knowledge", Susan acts as a consultant to BrokerNet and MIS. She is transitioning MIS to paperless record keeping. She is streamlining our client database, report generation and much more. She and John enjoy traveling and spending time with their families.

TERRY BESCHTA Operations Manager Terry has been with MIS since 2000. Terry is a man of many hats. He oversees agency operations, keeps the equipment in working order and handles commission issues. Terry is very busy but includes amongst his priorities his family and exercise.

Tiffany Geiger Brokers Broker Tiffany joined MIS in 2011. She obtained her insurance license in 1991.Tiffany has extensive experience with group and individual health, life and ancillary products. She also has senior sales experience and is long term care partnership certified. Tiffany lives in Johnstown, is active in her community and a member of the New Albany Chamber of Commerce.

KEVIN KENNEDY Brokers Broker Kevin obtained his insurance license in 1989 and has had his own agency since 2000. He brought his expertise to MIS in 2003. Kevin handles broker group and individual sales referrals. He is an independent broker and not an MIS employee. Kevin likes to play tennis and is quite a trivia buff. He also does pirate impersonations...rrrr!
